Since the new functionality has been launched there is a new feature for members to be able to log in to the site. By creating an account on the AESA site you can help take part in the discussions conference registration forms will automatically be filled out and there is a central place to get the information and view membership.

When you create an account it will ask you for certain information. All of this is done over a Secure Layer. Once you create your account make sure you also remember your password. If you forget it it can be reset but the password will be changed. This new account will be created and if you have not already paid for membership then it will give you a link to the PayPal payment area.

Once your account is created you can log in to your account and start to post to the forums and when conference registration comes once logged in it will auto populate the fields for you based on your profile.

When you are logged in you will be able to edit your account if needed. By clicking on the My Account link in the upper navigation bar it will take you to edit the account. To change your password or avatar image select the appropriate link.

Please be advised that all avatars profile images should be under 30k and be no larger than 200 pixels X 200 pixels. All displayed images have preset dimensions so using 200x200 will make the image display the best on the screen.

You can also upload a Sig Line which is used when posting to the forums. This signature must be under 250 characters.
